MY STATEMENT I love color...I Love Design...I Love Beauty...This is my story "I'm no stranger to a paint brush and canvas, or to pencil and paper for that matter. I always try to pick up my brush and paint, but in the end it is always faster and easier for me to create my visions with my Mac. A canvas doesn't offer an "undo" option, which drives me nuts!" And in the ever elusive search, we as artists undertake, to develop a style recognizable to ourselves, I've found mine. With this realization, I have embraced this fusion of art & technology. I have embraced my Mac. Bold::graphic.....lines::curves.....fills::gradations.....shades::highlights.....composition::color all of these familiar to all mediums... including digital. Design...art...illustration There is a line...sometimes blurred...sometimes not. I am proud to crossover and give that line a good gaussian blur. The more blurred the line, the better accepted digital art will be. Embrace the new movement...become a part...collect ::Digital is here to stay:: Oh, and I love my Mac. End of story. MY BIO Born in Croatia, I came to the U.S. with my parents at the age of 2. I attended CSUF and received a BA in Graphic Design. After working in Monterey for 7 years, I came back to Fresno where I continued my career as a graphic designer for 5 years. My obsession with art and anything unique and original led me to open Creative Cat Gallery in 2003. The gallery featured local artists, in combination with a studio space where I held art classes for children. The Gallery was short lived, but my design career continues to go strong. In addition to full time graphic design, I manage to find time to create digital art, and take care of a home, a husband, a teenage girl, a baby girl and two dogs.
